I want to start off this edition with an Apology. I didn't realize that my friend Amber also posts on Blogger.com as well, so I should also thank her as well. Speaking of the site, I Love how I can type and it will save automatically, so far I have absolutely no issues at all with blogger.com! It rocks!! Thanks Amber! and Caiti again! and anyone else I forgot OK? There I think that should cover it.
I think I feel a Batman obsession coming on. A few months ago, I bought a black t shirt with a yellow Batman symbol on it. Today I bought a steel Batman symbol key chain. I am telling you July 18th can not come fast enough. Actually July 11th I believe that Gotham Knights DVD comes out (I can't remember if that's the actual title), so July will definitely be a very cool month Batman wise. Perhaps it's not obsession, just buying little things here and there will tide me over until I finally see "The Dark Knight" in the theatres, yeah yeah, that's the ticket.
I have now put over 300 songs on my Ipod. I believe it can fit around 2000. I don't know if I will ever have that much on it, but it will be a nice goal to try and accomplish, that's for sure. I have put every studio album from Pearl Jam on it along with music from various other bands, it's very cool that all that music can fit on one little square doohicky, modern technology, ain't it cool???
Ok...........what in the heck is up with these gas prices????? we are at $4 a gallon? From what I understand, and I know little about the situation except the prices so bear with me, we may reach $5 a gallon? Are you kidding me? Is there anything we can do to stop this crap from happening, and having the gas prices actually go down to a normal rate? Heck, what is a normal rate now? I remember when I thought $1.50 a gallon was too much, Ridiculous!
I have seen a couple movies since my last blog, so I guess this is the perfect opportunity to review them. Don't worry, I won't be like some people and ruin the movie for you so you don't go see it. Even if it's a steaming pile of crap, I will say nice things about it so you're tricked into going and I don't have the burden of being the only one I know to see the craptacular flick. The first movie I saw a few weeks ago was "Speed Racer". It was done by those dudes that made the "Matrix" trilogy. I loved the first "Matrix" and still have not forgiven them for the other two. That all being said, I thought "Speed" was pretty good. It was much better than I thought it would be, which really isn't saying much. I think it's safe to say, if you're a fan of the cartoons, then you will probably like the movie.
The other movie I have seen recently is "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull". I am ashamed to admit I never saw the other three movies in the theatre, but I have seen them. Regardless, you don't really need to see the other three movies if you're going to see this one. I thought it was a pretty entertaining flick. It was by no means Oscar worthy, but it's a summer movie, you go see a movie during the summer to not think about anything and get away from it all. You also hope that the movie you are seeing is a rollar coaster ride of a movie, and the new "Indy" definitely fits in that category.
So I was glad to see the Celtics won game 5 tonight, to lead the Pistons in the Eastern Conference finals 3 games to 2. All they have to do is win once more and they are in the NBA Finals. I have to say though, that even though I am a Celtics fan, I still have a hard time caring about them. I feel like they have tried to buy themselves a title this year with the big moves they made in the offseason, picking up Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett. I feel like anything but a world title would be a disappointment, like with the Patriots. This all being said, I will be very happy if and when they win the title this season.
Getting back to movies, I think the next movie I am looking forward to is "Sex and the City"..........just kidding. I heard this movie is really long, so I think I will wait until it hits the cable channels. The movie i was really talking about is "The Incredible Hulk". The previews look awesome. I think Edward Norton will do a great job in this movie. It looks like so much more of an action film than the other Hulk movie, as long as the director doesn't take a lot of pictures of desert brush and tree stumps, I think we will be fine.
I am getting to about 4 weeks (on Monday) until the Pearl Jam concert on June 30th at the Tweeter Center. I think it's going to be a great show. I'm trying to determine how much money to bring and what exactly will I try to purchase. Hmmmm........decisions, decisions.
Well that is it for now. I'm rather tired but I stayed up long enough to type up this bad boy, I hope you enjoy what you read. PLEASE email me with posssible topics to discuss, I'm perfectly fine with some constructive criticism, so let me have it! Until next time!!!!!

Thanks for the thanks, and you're welcome!
I can't wait for The Dark Knight either. Indy was fun, and I have no interest in The Hulk but I do like Edward Norton so I may be convinced to see it...
